Please email us and we will issue you an RMA # for your return. We will not accept a return without an RMA number.
If your product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately and we will send a replacement.
We suggest that if you are using our packing material to return the item that you double-check that it is closed securely. This is especially important for items that we initially shipped in a padded envelope. The self-sealing glue is only meant to be used once, so make sure that you tape down the flap.
Please note that FiestaFive.com cannot be held responsible for damage to products that occurs from improper packing. You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are therefore not responsible for lost packages.
